HANGTAGS AND BRANDING SOLUTIONS THAT GIVE YOUR COMPANY A VOICE

A tag, a collar, a seal: these are not just details, but branding elements that tell the story of the brand, its history, and its soul. Every element—from the simplest to the most technical—contributes to defining the perception of the product, transforming the material into identity.

With CO&IN, you can choose from personalized hang tags and labels, printed or woven labels, ribbons and cords, patches and badges: solutions that combine aesthetics and function, with the possibility of integrating smart technologies for authenticity and traceability.

From fashion to food, cosmetics to design, we accompany every brand with selected materials, advanced printing techniques, and tailor-made processes that make each tag a bridge between product and customer.

Where are you located?

We are located in Granarolo dell'Emilia (Emilia-Romagna), a strategic location close to major logistics hubs that combines traditional craftsmanship with industrial innovation.

Where is it manufactured? Is it made in Italy?

Production is 100% Made in Italy, managed in Emilia-Romagna from the purchase of raw materials to shipping. For specific processes, we collaborate with selected partners, such as our overseas office.

Why do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1000 pieces?

The MOQ of 1,000 pieces allows fixed costs (design and production start-up) to be spread over more units, ensuring a competitive price and industrial quality that would not be possible with smaller batches.

What are personalized hangtags used for?

They are the first point of contact with the customer: they communicate the brand identity, can provide mandatory information, and differentiate the product from competitors, building trust and credibility.

What types of packaging are normally used for clothing items?

There are three main methods: removable hang tags on the outside, permanent woven labels sewn on the inside (sew-on labels), and permanent labels indicating origin, composition, and care instructions (care labels).

What are the legal requirements for clothing labels in the EU?

It is mandatory to indicate: fiber composition (in descending order), country of origin (Made in), care instructions (symbols), and manufacturer/distributor identification. Check with the regulations currently in force.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes, our team of specialized designers works with you from scratch, as we consider design to be a fundamental investment in brand equity.

What is the main function of packaging?

Packaging not only protects, but also communicates brand values, promotes sales (70% of decisions are made at the shelf), ensures legal compliance, and creates loyalty through the unboxing experience.

What is the difference between primary and secondary packaging?

Primary packaging is that which comes into direct contact with the product (e.g., bag, box), while secondary packaging contains the primary packaging (e.g., shipping carton).

What are Smart Tags and how do they work?

These are labels with integrated NFC or QR technology. By scanning them with a smartphone, customers can access certifications, instructions, videos, traceability information, and verify the authenticity of the product.

How do you manage shipping and logistics?

We use a 100% digital integrated system that tracks every order in real time, managing customs procedures and selecting the most suitable carrier for your budget and urgency.

What are the standard delivery times?

What are the delivery times? They are generally 3-4 weeks. This period is necessary to ensure quality: it includes machine setup, technical times, and multiple quality checks. Or are the delivery times standard?

Is your packaging environmentally sustainable?

Yes, we use FSC®-certified paper, biodegradable eco-friendly inks, and guarantee the recycling of industrial waste. We do not use methane gas or combustion processes, but only 100% electricity from renewable sources.

What kind of materials do you offer?

We have over 1000 options available for your mock-ups, and we will help you choose the most suitable material for your project.

What is the difference between woven and printed labels?

Woven labels offer a luxurious look and high resistance to washing; printed labels allow for complex and modern graphics at lower costs. They are indelible for life and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified - lower costs are rare.

What are security seals used for?

The seals attach the tag to the garment and can only be removed by cutting them. They guarantee the integrity of the product and protect against tampering, increasing authenticity checks in the event of return policies, especially in the e-commerce market.

What are customizable “patches”?

These are labels made of fabric, rubber, leather, imitation leather, or a mix of materials that are applied externally to enhance the appearance of the garment.

What are “Button bags” and when should they be used?

These are small bags designed to hold spare buttons, but today they are also used as sample holders for cosmetics or for small gifts in loyalty programs.

What is the difference between Leaflet and Card?

The Leaflet is a foldable sheet (ideal for instructions or long texts), while the Card is rigid and single-sided (ideal for thank-you cards, serial codes, or exclusive invitations).
